Check engine oil level.

Check fuel level.

Check coolant level.

Check auxiliary belt tension.

Press together the air cleaner dust valve.

Check fuel pipes and clamps.

Drain water separator (A).

Check the air cleaner service indicator.

Lubricate Cutting Unit Drive Splines.

Check air intake hose.

Clean fuel filter mesh.

Drain water separator (A).

Check radiator hoses and clamps.

Check & Adjust auxiliary belt tension.

Replace fuel filter Cartridge.

Change engine oil.

Change engine oil filter cartridge.

Replace water separator.

Remove the sediment in fuel tank.

Clean water jacket and radiator internally.

Replace the auxiliary belt.

Clean inlet filter on Fuel Pickup.

Check the valve clearances.

Check fuel injector tip.

Check EGR cooler.

Change oil separator element.

Check PCV Valve

Check turbocharger.

Clean DPF.

Check EGR system.

Check DPF related piping.

Check EGR piping.

Check air intake hoses.

Check exhaust manifold for cracks or gas leak,
looseness or damage.

Replace water separator.

Replace air cleaner element.

Check exhaust heating catalyst (EHC) & throttle valve
for cracks or gas leaks & damage,
