Install Subscriber Services

Refer to
Electronics Module.
To connect POTS, complete the following steps:
1. Trim each wire to length.
2. Insert the POTS cables through the rubber grommet.
3. Connect the wires to an RJ-11 connector plug. Refer to the POTS Pin-Outs insert in
4. Insert the terminated RJ-11 connector in the appropriate POTS Port.
The ONT supports four Gigabit Ethernet ports. The cable used should be rated CAT-6. For
Ethernet connections refer complete the following steps:
1. Route the Subscriber Ethernet wires through the same cable entry as the POTS cables.
2. Strip back the jacket of a CAT 6 cable and connect the 4 pair twisted wires to the RJ-45
3. Insert the terminated RJ-45 jack into the appropriate ENET 1–4 socket.
4. Tie wrap the POTS and Ethernet cables to the cable entry port.
