Uploading VT Pro-e Projects

VT Pro-e projects (*.vtz files) may be uploaded via the VT Pro-e program (refer to
"Programming with VT Pro-e" on page 19), or they may be uploaded via Crestron
Toolbox. The process for uploading via Crestron Toolbox is essentially the same as
for upgrading firmware (refer to "Upgrading Firmware" on page 30.)
1. After making certain that communications has been established, open
Crestron Toolbox and open the Network Device Tree.
2. Click on the '+' next to the device name to display the Net ID, then right-
click on the Net ID and select Functions | Project.
3. Use the "Project" window to browse for the desired project file, and click
Send to transfer the file. The "File Transfer" window monitors the transfer
of the file and gives you the option of canceling the transfer.
NOTE: The settings shown in the following graphic ensure that all required files
will be sent, and in the shortest possible time.

Uploading Firmware & VT Pro-e Projects Via
TCP/IP
Firmware upgrades and VT Pro-e project uploads can also be done with Crestron
Toolbox via TCP/IP communication. The procedure is essentially the same as for
upgrading firmware via Cresnet communications (refer to "Upgrading Firmware" on
page 30).
Once you have established TCP/IP communications as described in "TCP/IP
Communication" on page 23, proceed with the following steps.
1. Select Tools | System Info from the Crestron Toolbox main menu to
display the "System Info" window.
2. Use the Address Book icon or the drop-down list at the lower left of the
window to select the IP address of the TPS-4L. The system will retrieve the
data and the "System Info" window will appear similar to the following
figure.
