Connection of tape library to the server via a switch

Zoning must be set for the switch when the tape library is connected to the server via a
switch.

The zoning depends on the type of connection. Since the tape library and tape drive
cannot be recognized if the zoning is done incorrectly, perform the zoning that is
appropriate for the operating mode.
