5.1 Adjustment Items

The following table shows the adjustment items required after fixing or replacing certain parts (units).
Parts Timing
When the printer is transported without replacing
the cartridge(s).

When the color registration seems misaligned.
Controller board After replacing the controller board with a new one. Write USB ID
PWBA MCU When replacing the PWBA MCU with a new one.
When installing the PWBA MCU once used in other
printer.
*1: Perform Color Registration Alignment (manual) if the misalignment in main-scanning direction is too severe to adjust by Color Registration Alignment (Auto).
