Step Check
Check the connection of the Main Motor in

the DRIVE ASSY MAIN
Check the connection state between DRIVE
ASSY MAIN and PWBA MCU.
Are P/J21 and P/J211 connected correctly?
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
2
R SIDE
Is the continuity between P/J21 <=> P/J211
normal?
Check the power voltage supply to the Main

Motor in the DRIVE ASSY MAIN
1. Close the interlock switch (HARNESS
ASSY INTERLOCK) before performing
the following work.
2. Measure the voltage between PWBA
MCU ground <=> P/J21-2PIN, P/J21-
4PIN.
Is the power voltage (approx. +24 V) output?
TROUBLESHOOTING
PWBA MCU
Yes No
Go to Step [2]. Reconnect P/J21
and P/J211
correctly.
Go to Step [3]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY R SIDE.
Replace the Replace the
DRIVE ASSY PWBA MCU.

Are P/J22 and P/J221 connected correctly?
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY

Is the continuity between P/J22-A <=> P/J221
normal?
Check the power voltage supply to the Sub

Motor in the DRIVE ASSY MAIN
1. Close the interlock switch (HARNESS
ASSY INTERLOCK) before performing
the following work.
2. Measure the voltage between PWBA
MCU ground <=> P/J22-A2PIN, P/J21-
A4PIN.
Is the power voltage (approx. +24 V) output?
