HARNESS ASSY-CON F (White)

HARNESS ASSY FRONT
Gap COVER (Black)
Open and close the COVER ASSY FRONT to check if the harnesses routed through the
DUCT DRV PH are under no-load conditions.
1. Disconnect the connector (P/J272) of the HARNESS ASSY FRONT COVER (main unit side).
2. Release the HARNESS ASSY FRONT COVER from the DUCT DRV PH.
Make sure that the ground wire (green), HARNESS ASSY-CON F (white), and HARNESS
ASSY FRONT COVER (black), which are coming out of the COVER ASSY FRONT, are
routed as shown in figure-C.
3. Remove the screw (silver, self-tapping, 8 mm) that secures the terminal of the HARNESS ASSY
DRAWER EARTH to the COVER ASSY FRONT.

4. Release the two tabs of the connector (P/J2721) that connect the HARNESS ASSY FRONT COVER
to the TRANSFER UNIT, and remove the connector (P/J2721) together with the HOLDER
DRAWER and the SHIELD DRAWER from the COVER ASSY FRONT.
5. Release the two tabs of the connector (P/J2721), and remove the HOLDER DRAWER together with
the SHIELD DRAWER from the connector (P/J2721).
6. Remove the four screws (silver, self-tapping, 8 mm) that secure the KIT COVER ASSY HARN SEC
to the COVER ASSY FRONT.
7. Remove the HARNESS ASSY FRONT COVER together with the KIT COVER ASSY HARN SEC
from the COVER ASSY FRONT.
