1. Remove the screw (silver, self-tapping, 10 mm) that secures the right PLATE GEAR LOCK 550 to
the CASSETTE ASSY 550 IOT, release the two tabs with a mini screwdriver or a similar tool, and
remove the PLATE GEAR LOCK 550.
Before performing reassembly, slide the ACTUATOR RELEASE PB to release the lock
and bring up the PLATE ASSY BTM4 as far as it will go by pressing the LEVER BTM
LOCK.
2. Remove the screw (silver, brimmed, self-tapping, 8 mm) that secures the left PLATE GEAR LOCK 550
to the CASSETTE ASSY 550 IOT, release the two tabs, and remove the PLATE GEAR LOCK 550.
3. Release the tab on the GEAR PB R, and remove it from the SHAFT PB A4.

4. Pull out the SHAFT PB A4 from the PLATE ASSY BTM A4 in the direction of the arrow, and
remove the STOPPER PB and the GEAR BTM LOCK ONEWAY.
5. Release the two protrusions of the PLATE ASSY BTM A4 from the tabs on the HOUSING BASE
RE 550, and remove the PLATE ASSY BTM A4.
