(4) ERROR COUNTER SHIFT
The actual information in the error count list is usually automatically moved to the history side every 1000
communications unless error counter shift is performed. Therefore, this is used to move the information to
the history side before reaching 1000 communications. When error count shift is performed, the count
values on the actual side of the error count list are moved to the history side and the values on the actual
side are initialized. The information having been moved to the history side is added to the previous values.
