[Precautions for acquiring the lists]
When a problem has occurred, first pull out the telephone line to disable communication. Since the
protocol trace is listed only for one session of communication immediately before, if the telephone line
is not pulled out, a different communication may come in to overwrite the list before it is acquired.
Lists (1) and (2) should be obtained without turning off the power switch of the machine, otherwise, the
Information will be erased.
(1) Protocol Trace List
Fax protocols for one session of communication when the problem has occurred is acquired.
(2) Memory Dump List
You can check the contents of the memory at the address you have specified.
