Jumper plug settings for reverse power on the TX and RX leads

No power on the TX and RX leads. This option applies when the
terminal is powered locally with an adapter provided with the
terminal. It also applies when a SILC DSL is used for trunking.
Remove the jumper plugs and store them on J1 to implement this
option.

Insert the SILC or UILC into the selected card slot and lock it in place.

Observe the behaviors of the LED on the faceplate of the MISP to
determine its status:
•
The LED lights, flashes three times, and then remains lit – indicates
the card is operating correctly, but is not configured.
•
The LED lights, flashes three times, and then turns off – indicates the
card is operating correctly and is configured.
•
Any other LED behavior suggests a defective circuit card.

Repeat the steps in this procedure for each SILC or UILC being installed.
