Setting Directories

You can designate the directory where to save incoming and outgoing messages
as follows:
1. Press the function key [F8] to display the Setup menu.
2. Press the [9] key to display the Directories menu.
3. Choose Message Directory and then press the [Enter] key.
4. Press the [ ↓ ] key to choose a directory name.
5. Press the [Insert] key to make a new directory name.
6. Type a new directory name (for example, MESSAGE).
7. Press the [Enter] key.
8. Press the [↑] key.
9. Press the [Enter] key to choose directory name.
10. Press the [Esc] key twice to return to the standby display.
