Printing receive messages

1. Follow steps 1 thru 6 in "4.2.3 Displaying receive messages".
2. While pressing and holding down the [Ctrl] key, press the [P] key to print

Saving receive messages to a floppy disk

1. Press the function key [F6].
2. Press the [2] key to display the Receive Message Log.
3. Choose a file. To display a portion of the file selected, tap the space bar.
4. For confidential messages enter password. This password will also be saved
to the floppy disk.
5. Press the [Enter] key to copy the file to the floppy disk. "Saving to FD"
appears during saving.
Note: If a file by that name already exists on the floppy disk, "A file by that
