Idle Gear and Camshaft
1. Remove the idle gear (3).
2. Align the round hole on the cam gear (5) with the camshaft
stopper mounting screw position and remove the screws.
3. Remove the cam gear (5) with camshaft (6).
IMPORTANT

• When installing the idle gear (3), be sure to align the
punched marks (2) on gears.
• When aligning the marks of the idle gear and the injection
pump gear (1), at the first set the mark on the weight holder
of the injection pump gear (1) and three punched marks (2)
on the idle gear (3).
Then engage the gears, at the three punched marks (2) on
the both gears have aligned.
(When reassembling)
• Apply engine oil thinly to the camshaft before installation.

Fuel Camshaft and Fork Lever Holder
1. Remove the fuel camshaft stopper plate.
2. Remove the fork lever holder mounting screws.
3. Remove the fuel camshaft with injection pump gear (1) and the
fork lever holder at the same time.

Oil Pump and Crankshaft Gear
1. Remove the oil pump gear (6).
2. Remove the oil pump (5).
3. Remove the collar (4), O-ring (3) and oil slinger (2).
4. Remove the crankshaft gear (1) with a puller.
(When reassembling)
• Install the collar after aligning the marks on the gears. (See the
figure at "Idle Gear and Camshaft".)
