Your system monitors important resources like memory or disk

To avoid system behaviour like freezing or delayed response
time to user due to lack of memory resources, immediately
restart your system if possible or at least close some applica-
tions and background activities.
CAUTION
Insufficient memory or disk space may lead to an instable or
blocking system.
