"8: STF": Detailed settings for Standard 2 of 5 (STF)

Select "8: STF" at the SET BARCODE menu and then press the ENT
key.
The SET STF screen is displayed.
"1: MIN":
Set minimum number of digits of STF.
Setting range:
"2: MAX":
Set maximum number of digits of STF.
Setting range:
Make sure that the minimum number of digits is less than the maximum number of digits. If
- Point -
the value of minimum number of digits is larger than the maximum number of digits, error
occurs during the reading.

press the ENT key.

Press the ENT key or BS/C key for the settings value to be valid and then return to the SET
BARCODE screen.

Reading is performed only when the check digits are correct. Reading becomes
impossible if check digits are incorrect or missing.
Reading is performed regardless of the use of check digits.
