To shutdown the system :
1. From the Administration menu, select Channel Information.
2. Select Shutdown.
3. If any devices are still involved in calls, the system pauses until all actions have
ceased and then displays Shutdown.. All devices are now off-line and you can
remove power.
This action should only be performed if you require a 'clean' system as all previous
system programming will need to be re-entered or replace by uploading a database.
To erase the backup database :
1. From the Administration menu, select Database Management.
2. Select Erase and restart.
