Stop or correct a scan job

Introduction
A scan job has the following phases (see 'Scan jobs in this manual' on
page 136):
The information of the originals is scanned, digitized and converted into a file.

The image file is transferred from the machine memory to the DA.

The generated file is transmitted from the DAC to a scan server and saved in a

server directory.
The table below depicts the actions to take if you need to stop or correct a
phase.
If
You notice a incorrect setting for the
scan job
The scanning process of a job or job
part fails (phase 1)
The generated files that are stored in
the machine memory are not correct
(phase 1 and 2)
You cannot delete the generated files that are saved on the DAC (phase

Correcting: when you make the scan job settings
If you press the correction key
Once
Stopping: During the scanning process
If you press the correction key
Once
The scan function
Then
Correct the scan job setting.
Stop the scanning process.
Delete the generated files from the
machine memory.
Then
The Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 NC re-
stores the default settings.
Then
The Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 NC can-
cels the scan job.
