Stop or correct a copy job

Introduction
A copy job has the following phases (see 'Copy jobs in this manual' on
page 96).
The information of the originals is scanned, digitized and converted into an

image.
The images are printed.

The finisher collects the sets.

The table below depicts the actions to take if you need to stop or correct a
phase.
If
You notice an incorrect setting for
the copy job
The scan process of a job or a job part
fails (phase 1)
The printed sets are incorrect and the
job is not yet finished (phase 2 and 3)
You can interrupt the print process before it has finished in order to start
Note:
a new job. The suspended job is continued after the new job is finished (see
'Interrupting a copy job' on page 131).
Correcting: When you define the copy job settings
If you press the correction key
Once
Stopping: During the scanning process
If you press the correction key
Once
The copy function
Then
Correct the copy job settings.
Stop the scanning process.
Stop the printing process.
Then
The Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 NC re-
stores the default settings.
Then
The Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 NC can-
cels the copy job.
