Restricting Print Jobs

You can specify whether to restrict print jobs so that they can only be stored in user inboxes.

➞ [System Settings] ➞ [Restrict Printer Jobs].

Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].

Details of each item are shown below.

Restricts jobs from printer drivers.

Jobs can only be stored in user inboxes.

There are no restrictions for jobs from printer drivers.

Jobs can be stored in user inboxes, and can also be printed.
