This chapter describes how to clean the Ethernet Routing Switch 8300 chassis slots and backplane. Clean
the slots and the backplane using a vacuum or brushes once every year. You want to carefully plan this
activity so that traffic disruption is minimized.
Clean the chassis slots and backplane to ensure proper air flow for cooling, thereby ensuring the longevity
