13.4.2 Setting the position of the assembly strip

Proper setting
The position of the assembly strip (1) is set in such a way that the gripping
needle rows plunge into the center of the sponge rubber (3).
The pocket bag must not be clamped by the loading angle (1).
To set the position of the assembly strip:
1. Loosen the counternut (7).
2. Turn the piston rod (6).
3. Tighten the counternut (7).
4. Loosen the counternut (5).
5. Set the table (4).
6. Tighten the counternut (5).
