4. Insert new fuse.
Make sure only a fuse with correct rating 10A
250V slow blow is used.
5. Re-insert battery, re-assemble the hoist, insert the hand
control and reset the emergency stop.

traverses

4 mm Allen key; 7 mm spanner
1. Pull the red emergency strap.
2. With the ceiling hoist remaining on the track, remove
both plastic shells:
a. Remove the screws securing the plastic shells from
the rail motor.
b. Pull the plastic shells away from each other to
remove them from the rail motor.

3. Using a cloth, protect the solenoid plunger whilst
clamping with grips at the same time.
Using a 7 mm spanner raise the nut A by turning
anti-clockwise 2 complete turns.
4. For testing, restrain the hoist with one hand whilst
pressing the Left or Right button on the hand control.
There should be good contact between the white drive
wheel and the underside of the track. If not, repeat
step 3.
5. Reassemble the plastic shells. Ensure the correct
orientation, with clearance for the plate above the
solenoid to move up and down freely. See images in
step 2.
