3 WHEN COMMUNICATING USING THE QnA COMPATIBLE 3E/3C/4C FRAMES OR 4E FRAME
(g) Time of last updating and date of last updating
This data section indicates the date and time when the current data was
registered.
1) Data communication in ASCII code
The value shown below is converted to a 4-digit (hexadecimal) ASCII
code and sequentially transmitted beginning from the most significant
digit (time, year).
"0000" is transmitted when dummy data is designated.
2) Data communication in binary code
The 2-byte values shown below are sequentially transmitted beginning
from the low byte (L: bits 0 to 7).
0000
is transmitted when dummy data is designated.
