If an intelligent function module or a programming tool tries to monitor the C24/E71
where conditional monitoring is being performed, the C24/E71 will return an error
completion code to the external device. (When unconditional monitoring is being
performed, the C24/E71 can perform conditional or unconditional monitoring.)
