5.9.

Test Mode 9 (RAM Test)

This test mode is used to check RAM by writing and reading the document memory.
Step Operation or Unit Condition
1 Standby.
2 Press "FUNCTION".
3 Press "#", " ", "#", "#".
4 Press "9" and "START".
5a "COMPLETED" displays when the writing and reading of
RAM data is finished.
5b If any data error exists the display shows the segment and
data.
6 Press "STOP" to return to testmode standby.
Note:
This test should be performed after deleting all files. (All data will be deleted when this test is performed.)
You have to reprogram the data such as ABBR/Directory dialing. Fax parameter, Function parameter,
User parameter, and perform Test Mode12 (Bi-directional Alignment), Test Mode 15 (CIS Training), Test
Mode 25 (PEN Voltage).
