Mechanical Operation (Transmission)
Document Set
1. ADF Sensor is activated.
START button is pressed.
(If built-in dialer is used for dialing, this step is not required.)
2. Document feeds and activates the Scanning Point Sensor.:TX Motor rotates clockwise.
3. Scanning starts.:TX Motor rotates clockwise.
4. Trail edge of document passes the Scanning Actuator.
5. Point Sensor is deactivated.
6. Document is ejected.:TX Motor rotates clockwise.

Mechanical Operation (Reception)
Ringing Signal is detected.
1. Recording Paper feeds and activates the Registration Sensor.
2. Recording starts.
3. Recording is completed.
4. Trail edge of Recording Paper passes the Registration Sensor.
5. Recording Paper is ejected.
6.1.5.
Mechanical Operation (Copy Mode)
Document Set
1. Document sensor is activated.
Press COPY and START buttons.
2. Document feeds and activates the Scanning Point Sensor.
3. Recording Paper feeds and activates the Paper Edge Sensor.
4. Copy Mode starts.
5. Trail edge of document passes the Scanning Actuator.
6. Scanning Point Sensor is deactivated.
7. Document is ejected.
8. Trail edge of Recording Paper passes the Registration Sensor.
9. Recording Paper is ejected.
