This command measures the external clock reference and sets the
corresponding mode automatically. The automatically set modes are:
EXT1 reference
EXT2 reference
EXT5 reference
EXT10 reference
The E4809A can only use the EXT10 mode. The E4805B and E4808A
can use all modes.
