Install the steering shaft holder and tighten the
holder bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 32 N·m (3.3 kgf -m . 24Ibf.ft)
Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the steering
shaft splines.
Assemble the steering arm by aligning the wide
tooth of the steering arm with the wide cut-Qut of
the steering shaft.
Install the washer and new end nut.
Tighten the steering shaft end nut to the specified

torque. ,
TORQUE: 108 N·m (11 .0 kgf-m . 80 Ibf·ft )
Install a new cotter pin.
Install the tie-rod ball joint studs into the steering
shaft arm.
Install new ball joint nuts and tighten them by hold-
ing the ball joint stud f lats with an open end wrench.
TORQUE: 54 N·m (5.5 kgf·m, 40 Ibf·ft )
Install new cotter pins.
