Remove the following:
- pump body C
- outer rotor C
- inner rotor C
- drive pin
Remove the following:
- pump body A
dowel pins
outer rotor B
inner rotor
B
drive pin
oil pump shaft
INSPECTION
Temporarily assemble each inner rotor, outer rotor
and drive pin on the pump shaft, and install them
into each pump body individually.
Measure the rotor tip clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.20 mm (0.008 in)
Measure the pump body clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.25 mm
