5.2.2 – Replacing filters
Gas sampling tube filter and pump protection filter
These filters are paper filters and cannot be regenerated.
When changing the filters, the filter located downstream of the clarifier bowl (pump
protection) takes the place of the first filter (gas sampling tube filter); a new filter is installed.
⇒ The gas sampling tube filter must be checked every day and replaced when the "GAS
FLOW FAULT" message is indicated on the display.
⇒ The pump protection filter must be checked every day and replaced at least once every
week.
Clarifier bowl filter
This is a Vyon filter designed to retain particles greater than 25 microns. The filter is used in
coalescer mode (gas circulated from inside of filter toward outside) to trap the water micro
droplets through the filter and the large solid impurities. The water drops coming out of the
filter drop to the base of the bowl where they are sucked up by the pump. The cartridge can
be washed.
⇒ The filter must be checked every day and replaced when the "GAS FLOW FAULT"
message is displayed.
Issue 05/99
