• To select a new paper size, touch Size.
• To select a new paper type, touch Type. For letterhead paper, select Letterhead. For pre-
printed paper, select Pre-Printed. For hole-punched paper, select Hole Punched.
• To select a new paper color, touch Color.

Tray 6 is an optional, high-capacity, dedicated paper tray. It is on the left side of the printer. The
basic configuration holds only A4-size (210 x 297 mm) or Letter-size (8.5 x 11 in.) paper. The tray
capacity is 3300 sheets.
Note:
• If the narrow short-edge feed conversion kit is installed, the tray feeds A4-size (210 x 297
mm), Letter-size (8.5 x 11 in.) or Legal-size (8.5 x 14 in.) paper.
• If the wide short-edge feed conversion kit is installed, the tray feeds A3-size (297 x 420 mm)
or Tabloid-size (11 x 17 in.) paper.
• The tray has a capacity of 1250 sheets when either of the conversion kits are installed.
