4.15 Humidity Sensor System Abnormality

The error is detected according to the humidity (output voltage) detected by humidity sensor.

The error is generated when the humidity sensor becomes disconnected or shorted when the

Error code is displayed but the system operates continuously.

Troubleshooting
Caution Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting connectors, or parts may be damaged.
Remove the humidity sensor from the
indoor unit PCB and insert it again.
Delete the error code record from the
remote controller. (∗1)
Error is displayed again.
Note:
1. To delete the record, the ON/OFF button of the remote controller must be pressed and held for 5 seconds
in the check mode.
2. To display the code, the INSPECTION/TEST button of the remote controller must be pressed and held in
the normal mode.

3. If " " is displayed even after replacing the humidity sensor PCB (A2P) and taking the steps 1 and 2,
replace the indoor unit PCB (A1P).
