Chapter 4. Fixing Display Station Problems
CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND RESOLUTION (CPAR)
This procedure is the Customer Problem Analysis and Resolution (CPAR). CPAR
is designed to help you isolate the failing element(s) on your display station and
perform the necessary replacement procedures.
CPAR ASSISTANCE
If you cannot complete the CPAR instructions or you do not wish to perform
CPAR:
1.
Contact your IBM sales representative for assistance.
OR
2.
IBM on-site assistance by a Customer Engineer is available on a
billable-hourly basis. The Customer Engineer will help you perform the
CPAR and replace the failing element(s) with a user owned spare (if
available).
HOW TO USE THIS CHAPTER
When you have a display station problem:
START HERE
1.
Make sure the security key is turned clockwise until it stops in the horizontal
position.
