If the conditions in step 2.16 do not occur, do the
following:
1. Set the Power switch to Off.
2. Check to make sure that:
a. There is power to the electrical outlet.
b. The power cord is properly connected to the display
station and to the electrical outlet.
c. The tape has been removed from the connector on the
logic element. (Refer to step 2.7.)
d. The logic element is securely fastened to the back
of the display element and the lever on the logic
element is turned to the closed position. (Refer to
steps 2.7 through 2.12.)
3. Set the Power switch to On.
