Because this product has parts such as the seat mechanisms, it has some unique error messages. If an error message
is displayed, refer to Chapter 20 "ERROR MESSAGES". If trouble arises, first inspect the connections of the wiring
connectors.
PROBLEMS
With main switch ON, no
activation.
Fluorescent lamp on front
cabinet does not light up
Sound and fluorescent lamp
work, but monitor stays
completely dark
No sound
Colors on monitor not right
Screen saturation and
brightness not right
Switch and volume input
does not work
Start button input does not
work
Start button does not light up
Stays on RINGWIDE
logo and does not go to

CAUSE
Power is not supplied.
Power supply/voltage is not
correct.
Circuit protector on AC unit
was activated due to temporary
overload.
Fluorescent lamp or glow lamp
has reached end of its life.
Video signal connector or
monitor power connector is not
properly connected.
Monitor trouble
Volume not properly adjusted.
Poor connection of connectors
Board, amp or speaker trouble
Poor connection of video signal
connector.
Monitor trouble
Screen not properly adjusted.

Switch trouble
LED trouble
Poor condition of cabinet
RINGWIDE trouble
Improper controller settings
Poor attachment of volume or

COUNTERMEASURES
Insert the power plug all the way into the
outlet.
Make sure that power supply/voltage is correct.
Reset the circuit protector after removing the
cause of the overload.
Replace the fluorescent lamp and glow lamp.

Check the connection of the monitor and
RINGWIDE connectors.
Contact the point of purchase.
Adjust the volume. (See 9.)
Check the connection of the RINGWIDE and
amp connectors.
Run the speaker test to check.
(See the RINGWIDE Service Manual.)
Make sure the video signal connector is
properly connected and fastened in place.
Contact the point of purchase.
Adjust the screen settings. (See Chapter 12.)
Check the connection of the I/O board
connector.
Check the connection with RINGWIDE.
Replace the switch. (See 18-1.)
Replace the LED. (See 18-1.)
Refer to the list of errors. (See Chapter 20.)
Contact the point of purchase.
Configure settings in TEST MODE. (See 11-5.)
Adjust the way the volume is attached and
