18.2.3 Auto-Attendant for Incoming Analog Calls

Use this screen to select which auto-attendant should be used with this outbound
line group. See
attendant. Click the Auto-Attendant icon in the in the FXO Trunk section of the
Outbound Group configuration screen to view the screen as shown.

Click this to save your changes.
Click this to go to the Outbound Line Group screen without saving
your changes.

DESCRIPTION
Select the Auto-Attendant you want to use when calls come in on this
outbound line group.
Select FAX if you want to forward all incoming calls on this outbound
line group to a fax machine located at a specific extension.
Select Extension if you want to directly forward all incoming calls
through this outbound line group to an extension or a hunting group
number.
Select Skill if you want to forward all incoming calls on this outbound
line group to the group of agents associated with this skill name.
This field is only available if you select FAX in the Apply AA field. Type
the extension of the Fax machine you want to forward calls to.
This field is only available if you select Extension in the Apply AA
field. Type an extension or a hunting group number you want to forward
calls to.
Click this to save your changes and to apply them to the X2002.
Click this to go to the Outbound Group screen without saving your
changes.
