Purpose: Allows you to select up to 100 stations which can be used for simultaneous
conference calls. Selected stations can be programmed with conference groups in MMC
118.
ACTION
1. Open programming and select 612
Display shows (for example)
2. Dial station number (e.g., 205)
OR
Press VOLUME keys to select station and press
RIGHT soft key to move cursor
3. Press VOLUME keys to select USED or NOT
USED
(An error message is displayed if the maximum
number of allowed stations is exceeded)
4. Press Transfer/TRSF to store and exit
OR
Press SPEAKER to store and advance to next
