Fuel Formation / Fuel Injection
Test procedure - valid 08.97 ä
K - Remove intake manifold trim panel -arrows-.
- Unclip throttle cable from the cable guide.
- Detach vacuum hose from the fuel pressure
regulator.
- Remove top part of intake manifold.
K - Detach fuel feed pipe -1- and fuel return-flow
line -2- (press release catches).
Warning!
Fuel feed line is pressurized! Place cleaning rags
around the connection point before detaching the
hose connections. Then, release pressure by care-
fully detaching the hose.
K - Unplug connector from the Hall sender (G40)
