You can see the training summary in the pause mode by swiping left.

TO CONTINUE A PAUSED TRAINING SESSION

Tap the green arrows icon.

TO STOP A TRAINING SESSION

During training or in the pause mode, press and hold the front button until the green counter counts all the way
down.
OR
•
In the pause mode, tap and hold the red stop icon to end the recording.
