The designated initial screen that was set in
Additional Functions appears in the touch panel
display.
NOTE
• If the department ID or password is incorrect,
return to step 2.

After Using the Copy Function

When the copy job has been completed,
press the key on the control panel.
ID
The display returns to the screen where you
entered the Department ID and Password. After
this key is pressed, the machine can no longer
make copies until a department ID and a
password are entered again.
IMPORTANT
• If the key is not pressed, the next copies or
ID
prints will be included in the count for the current
department ID number.
NOTE
• If the key is not pressed after copying is
ID
completed, the display will automatically return to
the Department ID and Password Input screen
after a specified time has elapsed. (See "Auto
Clear Function," on p. 1-33.)
