The machine will scan the job, then the job will be sent.

Sending an I-Fax (Internet Fax)

You can send a scanned document over the internet as an I-fax. I-faxes can be sent only to other
machines capable of receiving I-faxes. In addition to scanned images, you can add a subject line,
message body, and reply-to address to an I-fax.
