Sending a Job

You can send scanned documents in color or black and white, to other devices or users.
NOTE
• If the message "Enter the Dept. ID and Password using the numeric keys" appears, enter the department
ID and password. (See "Entering the Department ID and Password," on p. 1-24.)
• If the Copy Job Monitor screen is displayed, press the [Done] key.

Press the [Send] key.
