the address for the notification message, if a
message is needed.
NOTE
• You can send a message to a specified recipient
when the Send job is completed by selecting Job
Done Notice. See "Using the E-mail Address
List," in the Reference Guide.

document. If you are sending a multi-page
document from the platen glass, place the next

imum of 64 jobs can be sent to new recipients.
• For some settings, the scanning operation is per-
formed three times.
• You can print a report of the results of the Send
job. (For details, see "Send/Receive Report Set-
tings," in the Reference Guide.)
• The scanning process will not operate while the
scanner is warming up. When warm up is com-
plete, scanning will start. Monochrome scanning
is faster than color scanning.
• Depending on the type of document, it may be
scanned twice.
