Status During Receiving

When receiving starts, the transmission/
memory lamp flashes on the control panel.

A message is displayed in the touch panel.
The following messages can be displayed.
Printing...
The incoming document is being printed.
Memory RX is On.
The incoming document is received in
memory.
RX doc. will be forwarded.
The incoming document is being forwarded to
the specified destination.
Check the memory RX doc.
The incoming document is in the Memory RX
Box.
NOTE
• The machine's memory can hold approximately 2,000 total pages, including originals scanned by other
functions, (LTR-size Canon Standard Chart No. 1, using Standard settings).
• If paper runs out during printing, the interrupted document will be printed as soon as more paper is loaded
in the paper drawer.
• The error light lights or flashes when a print error occurs.
