Rosemount 305, 306 and 304 Manifolds

The Rosemount 305 Integral Manifold is available in two designs: traditional and coplanar.
The traditional Rosemount 305 Integral Manifold can be mounted to most primary
elements with mounting adapters in the market today. The Rosemount 306 Integral
Manifold is used with the Rosemount 3051T In-line Transmitters to provide block-and-bleed
valve capabilities of up to 10000 psi (690 bar).

Rosemount 305 Integral Manifold installation procedure

To install a Rosemount 305 Integral Manifold to a Rosemount 3051 Transmitter:
1. Inspect the PTFE sensor module O-rings. Undamaged O-rings may be reused. If the
O-rings are damaged (if they have nicks or cuts, for example), replace with O-rings
designed for Rosemount transmitter.
Important
If replacing the O-rings, take care not to scratch or deface the O-ring grooves or the surface
of the isolating diaphragm while you remove the damaged O-rings.
2. Install the integral manifold on the sensor module. Use the four 2.25-in. manifold bolts
for alignment. Finger tighten the bolts, then tighten the bolts incrementally in a cross
pattern to final torque value. See
information and torque values. When fully tightened, the bolts should extend through
the top of the sensor module housing.
