ET DOUBLE STRIKE PRINT MODE
> Code: ESC G
> Compatibility:
ML1190 eco: EPSON LQ/IBM
ML1120 eco: EPS FX/IBM III
> Function:
Characters will be printed with each dot double struck.
> Additional details:
Double strike printing can be selected at the same time as
emphasised printing.
This command does not make the printer start to print.
Enhanced print mode is printed in two-pass printing.

Enhanced printing can also be set by the ESC ! n command,
for Epson mode.

> Compatibility:

> Function:
Double strike print mode is cancelled on receiving this
command.

Enhanced mode set by ESC ! n will be reset by ESC H
