Speed Dialing Lists

You can print lists of destinations registered for one-touch and coded speed dialing,
and group dialing. Keep these lists near your copier/fax so you can refer to them when
dialing.

Printing Speed Dialing Lists

Follow this procedure to print speed dialing lists:

• You can select from the following:
– 1-TOUCH LIST
– CODED DIAL LIST
– GROUP DIAL LIST

• If you selected 1-TOUCH LIST or CODED DIAL
LIST above, select in what order you want the
destinations to be printed:
Press T to print the list with the names of the
destinations in alphabetical order.
-or-
Press # to print the list in code or button order.
• The copier/fax prints the list.
