Display/Modify AAL5 debug trace configuration.
SYNTAX:
atm debug traceconfig

Maximum number of AAL5 payload bytes that
will be shown (0-2000, global setting).
The name of the ATM interface to configure.
Enable/disable AAL5 debug tracing.
