IS VALID FOR BOTH.
Disc brake pad wear depends on the use,
the riding style and the roads.
CAUTION
CHECK BRAKE PADS FOR WEAR
MAINLY BEFORE EACH RIDE.
To carry out a quick pad check:
•
Rest the vehicle on its stand.
•
Visually inspect the area be-
tween the brake callipers and
pads as follows:
- from the bottom front side to check the
front brake calliper (1);
- from the bottom rear side to check the
rear brake calliper (2);

De slijtage van de pastilles van de rem-
schijf hangt af van het gebruik, van het
rijgedrag en van het wegtype.
LET OP
CONTROLEER DE SLIJTAGE VAN DE
REMPASTILLES VOORAL
ELKE REIS.
Voor het uitvoeren van een snelle con-
trole van de slijtage van de pastilles:
•
Plaats het voertuig op de stan-
daard.
•
Voer een visuele controle uit
tussen de remschijf en de pas-
tilles, door te handelen als volgt:
- van onder vooraan voor de voorste rem-
tang (1);
- van boven achteraan voor de achterste
remtang (2).
